FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Peter Koehle, Past President of Bokö is Pushed Out
The past president of Bohner & Koehle was asked to
head the Bokö Division for the new owners.
A question of a difference in style - and concern for
employees.
Neuhausen, Germany -After less than 5 months
together, Mr. Peter Koehle has been removed from his position at
Bohner & Koehle Werkzeugmaschinen, the company that bears his
name. When asked for a reason for Mr. Koehle's sudden dismissal,
Mr. Frank Bobenhausen, President of Burkhart & Weber Holding,
stated he was unhappy with Mr. Koehle's performance as a manager
and as a salesman.
Earlier this year, Mr. Koehle went through the most difficult
task of watching his family's company fail and pass into
bankruptcy. Bokö, as the firm is called, was then purchased by
Burkhart & Weber Holding, a holding company of three other
machine tool companies, Steinel Machining Centers, Max Mueller
Lathes and Burkhart & Weber Machine, a builder of gantry
mills and transfer lines. Each of the other companies had been
purchased out of bankruptcy by Dr. Frank Bobenhausen and his
partner Mr. A. Zweifel.
Mr. Koehle has no immediate plans for employment.
